We are fully staffed during regular business hours, 8:00am to 6:00pm, Monday through Friday. On Saturdays, we are available from 9:00am to 3:00pm to support urgent and time-sensitive orders.
Our evening and weekend on-call services provide after-hours support, ensuring emergency needs are addressed promptly and pharmacist consultation is available when needed. Through responsive communication and reliable access, we help care teams maintain continuity of care at all times.
As a paperless pharmacy, all orders are electronically stored and easily accessible. Our pharmacy management system securely maintains documentation for efficient retrieval, improved accuracy, and streamlined coordination across care teams.
